Simply put, a micro wedding is an abbreviated celebration of marriage. A micro wedding includes only a handful of invited guests (20 or under) and is often described as that sweet spot between an elopement and a traditional ceremony. Couples like that the formal portion of the day is shorter than a conventional wedding, but still maintains that feeling of support and comraderie that comes from having your nearest and dearest around you. From a logistical side, a micro wedding is simpler and less stressful to plan. In that sense, a micro wedding allows you to focus on the magic moments of your day and celebrate love with the people you love most.


The Planning

Whether you have a dream Muskoka location in mind or feel inspired by one of our set venues, we will ease the stress of organizing your big day. We coordinate the paperwork, officiant, flowers, registry, guest seating, music and photographer. If you have a look or mood you'd like captured, let's talk. We can customize the details. If you'd rather leave that to us, we will happily take the reigns and prepare a tasteful and elegant and stress-free day.


The Ceremony

With the warmth and support of your nearest and dearest, it's time to make your union official! Our on-site planner will ensure every detail is set up just so. Carefully-selected music will set the mood, our officiant will lead you through the technical bits, all while our photographer subtly snaps the moments you never want to forget!


The Celebration

For many guests, this is what they came for - the chance to raise a glass to you and love! For two hours following the ceremony, your group will celebrate with a full-service bar and snacks, whether that's cake or grazing platters and small bites. Our photographer will continue to capture all the smiles and laughs, while our on-site planner keeps things running smoothly so you -the guests of honour- don't have to!
